Welcome! This shop is operated by Sara "Matrices" Howard, an artist living on Whidbey Island in Washington state. I do all the shipping, restocking, and shop management solo, so please be patient with me. You can see my etsy reviews here if you wish to check in on my customer service record!

The items listed here might be items that I had leftover from selling in-person at events, or things that were once available primarily on my Etsy. I wanted to try out a new shopping cart in an effort to reduce fees and overhead involved. So I thank you for your patience while I experiment with BigCartel as a shopping cart for listing my physical items, in both the short term or possibly the long term!

Shipping and Returns

Items ship from Washington State, USA. Matrices uses USPS to ship items. 

I do my best to process and ship out as soon as an order comes in, please allow up to 7 days for an order to be processed for mailing. Since there are occasional times where I am away from the supplies needed to ship orders (such as when traveling) and since I am a one-person business this patience from clients is appreciated. If I know I am going to be away for longer than that processing period I will display a notice at the top of each page to alert clients of the next ship date! Feel free to make a note in your order if you need anything before a specific date, and I will do my best to fulfill those requests!

I am currently just shipping to the USA at this time. If you need shipping outside of the USA please use the contact form or contact me another way! 

I will do my best to repair or replace items if the issue is a fault of mine. Once the item is shipped and in the hands of USPS, I unfortunately may not be able to assist further, especially if the address you have inputted is incorrect. Please be sure to use your human name (or first initial and last name at minimum. i.e. "S. Howard") and double-check that your address is accurate. I directly use the address provided by you to print my labels.

I am not able to fix sizing. Please carefully read descriptions for sizing information. All the items I make are typically one size fits all unless otherwise specified.

On Returns Shipping: I am not able to cover shipping if you need to send an item back to me, but I will cover return or replacement shipping to get a replacement item to you. To summarize, Client pays to return the item to me, I pay for shipping on delivering it back to the client.

There are no returns available for patterns or digitally delivered products.

Items ordered as "Blind Bag" and/or "Surprise me!!" as the color/pattern choice are discouraged from returns, unless of course there is some fault with my sewing.
